What I don't understand is why Phase Connect isn't letting her back out. If Nyana Banyana decided not to join they could literally give that vtuber design to someone else. Attempting to force an indie vtuber to join is guaranteed to end badly and they haven't lost anything so it's baffling they are turning this into a legal fight. A vtuber who is angry can sabotage their corpo in a thousand small ways. That gets messy even in a large company like Hololive or Nijisanji but it makes even less sense to force a vtuber debut in a small company.
