Would you watch a vtuber with an AI-generated and AI-rigged model? Note that the art and rigging are both excellent, the only downside is that you'd be taking jobs from hardworking mamas and papas by supporting her.
I mean it is excellently rigged from that preview you showed. Personally if it was that detailed I think it would be worth supporting.I also don't personally see anything wrong with AI so there's my take as well, I think it's just a fancy tool like any other one.

I don't love nor hate AI. I generally avoid it because I prefer artwork that is a genuine human expression. But for this purpose, where the art is just a means of conveyance for the performer, I have less inhibition. If a streamer can't afford 10k or whatever the ridiculous prices for model+rigging have become, and their choices are this or PNG, I have a hard time faulting them for choosing this.
