Every time when she said she loves me the reality of that was she did not love herself, thus me receiving torture when she focused that energy onto me.

Everything starts with your relationship with your parents and their emotional unavailability.
You have to revisit that past and this belief and become an emotionally available parent for yourself and change your habits when you feel lonely.
