It is the same way in normal streaming, even if the streamer is in EU, they all aim for NA prime time around midnight EU time to midmax viewers and subs. I've been watching stream long before vtubers, and there's only like couple of streamers that ACTUALLY stream in EU time, they all have thousands of CCV because nobody else fucking streams at that time lol. Around 10-11 p.m everyone else starts their streams (95% of streamers).

EU just does not have the money or the audience, this has been proved time and time again. There's so many "if only"s that have to work for EU, when you could just stream for America and Japan which are the two biggest and easiest markets.
