Because her medical situation is one of the NG topic that she had management sign and enforce.
It's one thing if a long drawn out talk collab doesn't touch anything on that topic, but it's very telling if an entire 2 weeks of full graduation tour and no one touches anywhere near that topic.
The only times it has been brought up is during Noel's collab when they're pointing out that they both had the same rare ear disease, and even that was brought up ny Kanata herself who actually knows the exact line whether the specific information being discussed is NG or not.
