Given more time, work, and resources, she could potentially be more than she is now but we need to see more miniaturization and electrical efficiency innovations for Vedal to keep her optimal, I think. The main reason no corporation's made a competitor for Neuro-sama is because you still need a somewhat charismatic human voice attached to the project to fill the same role Vedal does, and by that point it'd be cheaper to just focus on the Vedal-adjacent streamer than the AI babby they're babysitting.
