Aside from Gen 2, Gen 4 was always the most disconnected and distant gen. Coco kept it together but even when she was there, it was still a far cry from Gen 4 or 5 even. That's not to say that they all hate each other, they're just not that close. They're coworkers, maybe even friends, but not super close.
