I think you can tell the difference between the fan vs an ethot dressing up as one of the Holos (even if there's a bit of crossover) ethot not going have like any posts on their page and they usually look hotter, fan looks like like regular ass woman, sometimes ugly and going have lots of posts on their page related to Holo.
