It won't have the same impact, whether you want to say she stifled the new gen or boosted the new gen by merely being active. I lean more on the side that she was actually helping Advent and Justice by overlapping them because casual chumbuds might have went to go check out the new girls streams/vods when realizing new things happened in the holobox since Gura was away.

Saba is indie so anyone who is following her is a diehard chumbud or a new fan and has no association with that holobox anymore.

I really don't think Gura liked doing that but she didn't want Myth to get buried while competing with new gens. Unironically there is a good chance that Cover delayed EN5 because management actually did promise Saba they would settle the contract issues with existing talents before they would debut EN5. What Saba is doing in recent months is baffling but it's also really curious for a vtuber company to not introduce new talents even after 4 graduations.
