Is their studio not in their offices? I would have assumed it was the same location but I guess not then. Not really sure why it really matters though. The location of the office is already public so if a stalker wanted to find out the location of the studio it would be trivial to follow staff between the two buildings. And if a stalker wanted to stalk the members they could already just hang out outside the offices. Doesn't seem like it changes anything really besides making it slightly less hassle to find out the studio's location of it's not already public knowledge like the office location is.

Of course they do, meetings with manager and other staff members? Meetings with people outside the company. Talking to HR or lawyers or anything like that should they need it. Signing contracts and so on. Japan is a very face to face respect based society and there's going to be plenty of occasions on which the talents will have to go to the main office when a zoom call just doesn't cut it or would be considered disrespectful to whoever to imply they aren't worth your effort of traveling. The main thing protecting them both in the case of the office and the studio is the fact that hundreds of people will be coming and going at any given time.
