Ao and Mel are a lock. Depending on how serious Kanata's health situation is, she might also come back one day. Coco will definitely do a cameo appearance in the future. Aqua and Shion might also do cameos but I highly doubt a re-debut will ever happen.

While I think Gura's issues are mostly with Yagoo not quickly settling the contract issues with Sana, Ina, and Kronii it doesn't make a difference since Cover would never hire someone that quits since they believe an employee must have loyalty to their corporation. To defy management is disloyal and that is the greatest sin in the Japanese corporate world. Ame went through the trouble of creating the affiliate deal so that she could eventually return to Hololive. Dooby has never sold merch of her character and she even severed her connections with Nimi Nightmare after Cover asked her to stop collabing with her (because Nimi announced her marriage). Dooby still acts like she works for Cover.
