I follow the twitter side accounts of menhera vtubers I don't even watch so I can tell them nice things and encourage them when they are crashing out. I got a reply from a Vtuber considering suicide on a nice tweet I sent her that seemed to offer her some comfort and I've never felt more important. You should show your support to mentally ill anime girls too.
Every e celeb knows they can get infinite validation and praise from their followers if they tweet ANYTHING. It's not helpful or healthy.
