I would also drop the two toned hair unless you intend to have that color translated into the design elsewhere. When planning the 60 30 10 rule is a good place to being. 60 being your base color, 30 being secondary and 10 being accents.

Colour theory still eludes me. The bottom half of the design i really gave up on and even now I still cant think of anything better to go with the plaid shirt/vest combo on top.Thank you for the feedback anon.
