It's pretty obvious there's at least some amount of "favoritism" in the company, even if there is no malice in it.
One example would be the period of time where she was getting a new newbie manager every 3 months. Many holos like AZKi note how hard it is to "train" a new manager, and add on top of that the insane turnover 3 months is (in many IRL jobs, 3 months is barely enough to get a new employee up to speed).
No wonder she doesn't try to get too close to them and often has to do admin work that her manager should be doing.
Then compare that to someone like Shion (or was it Chama?) whose has the same manager since forever, or Holox who have a gen manager on top of their normal one, or member with strong personalities getting experienced managers like Towa. Importantly, it's not the talents' fault in these examples, but you can see how different things are within the company

In my company, the responsibility of training managers should fall to senior staff within the same department, and having talent train new employees from other departments every three months is absolutely crazy.

But if the intention was to harass, tire out, or waste power stamina and time of these people, leaving them with insufficient time for other work, that seems more possible. And it's well known that company deadlines cannot be postponed.

Yeah, this particular example is an upper management/HR-related issue. Kanata was determined to be an "easy" person to work with (and probably also a good teacher), so they loaded that duty onto her. While in a normal work setting that itself can be acceptable, what's unacceptable is the pace that turnover was done in.
If anyone here's had the experience of training a new employee, you'll know that often your own work doesn't decrease, but you have to spend extra time not only doing some of their work but also teaching them. Having no end in sight because you have to start over from the beginning as soon as the person you've trained is ready to be independent not only makes it such that you're in a perpetually overworked environment, but also is horrible for morale.

The issue here is 2 fold - (1) the talents really shouldn't have been given that task in the 1st place because we know that other experienced managers can do this task. We know, for example, Kiara saying that Jenma was tasked to train the newer EN managers for a time. I know, different branch, but still it's possible.
And then (2) even if talents are doing the training, it should have been ditributed more evenly. Sure there are har dot work with talents, but we damn well know that in real workplaces there are tough to work with teachers, so that's not an excuse

Again, this manager thing is just one example, but I think it's a good one to consider how the company chooses to organize their structure with, if that makes sense.

If you don't complain especially loudly, are reliable and work hard more and more work will be shouldered onto you even though there's absolutely no reason you should be the one doing so much. We know Kanata did complain but I'm not really surprised at how much she was overworked.
