kanata deserves a lifetime nakau pass
I woke up with wonder-la-der playing in my head...
I've been feeling better after the live. There is still the emptiness, but no gut wrenching stress or sadness.Despite all she has said and done, I just have a feeling that we'll meet her again one day.>>108092519Funny, for me it was betsu sekai. By the time I got up from my bed, it's like half the concert replayed in my head.
Why did she do it...
>>108092879she's out there saving the world and they dont even know it.....
>>108092149https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdXhY6zGC4s
>>108092709I have absolute faith she'll be back, but I think trusting her this much is probably also unhealthy. Her being gone hasn't set in for me at all
>>108092879kanata will wake up and smell the ashes
She'll be in chat btw
>>108092999she's back.....
>>108093441I need to make sure I'm not started by FUCKING HUGE BGM in 7 minutes.
It's here
its time....
https://x.com/amanekanatach/status/2005232267611054292STARTING
Is the aspect ratio fucked?
thank you biboo
>>108093596yeah, seems like it
>>108093596it looks real good in ultrawide
You can't just say boku wo miteruyo and disappear...
what did ppt mean by this MV and lyrics...
This is beauty and truth and meaning and... I will never recover from this. The only thing that helps is knowing I'm not alone with you here.;_;
fuck that was so beautiful
I miss her so much, it's unreal how empty it feels
Ahhh... I was wrong about not feeling pain anymore. That's a great song.
so fucking beautiful she is actually the greatest of all time
i miss her so much it hurts
>>108093738same
She was on track getting ready for a third album and then something completely destroyed her.
https://x.com/inugamikorone/status/2005234865009304017AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Depressing lyrics. And that was even before she decided to graduate.I really hope she gets all the rest and peace she wants now....and then comes back stronger than ever
>>108093760I said it yesterday already, but I could really use a Korone stream. I feel like she's the only one that could lift my spirits now.
>>108093760Koro-san has MC energy so she's probably going to bully Kanata into going out often
now I am sad again and that tweet is bs, you dont put that ending there like that.....
she's really trying to kill us
>>108093760I think that was the breaking point besides the workload: to not being able to rely on other people because NDA.
>>108094085I feel like management is very selective about who they enforce this "rule" on. There are holos who mostly talk to outsiders or graduates and they don't seem to have this issue.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StQYLOrwX00yanagi nagi talked about the 3d
>>108094207kanatan where?
>>108093760>AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA(deep breath)KOROSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNN
>>108094361Kanata's and Anya's signatures aren't documented. I don't know if they even wrote on the wall, so maybe there's nothing to be found. There's only one Holo who has explicitly stated that she didn't write on the wall which is Aqua.
>>108094126I agree. I don't know what factors impact what, but it doesn't feel right to me.
>>108094126It may be just guesswork, but I simply cannot imagine a rule like that being enforcable at all. I imagine it only exists as a formal precausion against leaks, so that if something DOES happen, they get to go "ha! we warned you!".I bet my ass most holos casually talk about their work with each other, though obviously they would never bring it up publicly.
>>108094481It isn't enforceable but they can and will threaten anyone they want to pressure with the idea that they're always watching and will find out if they leak something.
>>108093760AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKOROSANNNNNN
>>108094126It's pretty obvious there's at least some amount of "favoritism" in the company, even if there is no malice in it. One example would be the period of time where she was getting a new newbie manager every 3 months. Many holos like AZKi note how hard it is to "train" a new manager, and add on top of that the insane turnover 3 months is (in many IRL jobs, 3 months is barely enough to get a new employee up to speed). No wonder she doesn't try to get too close to them and often has to do admin work that her manager should be doing. Then compare that to someone like Shion (or was it Chama?) whose has the same manager since forever, or Holox who have a gen manager on top of their normal one, or member with strong personalities getting experienced managers like Towa. Importantly, it's not the talents' fault in these examples, but you can see how different things are within the company
>>108094126it's more and more obvious that it was malicious
>>108094126It just depends on a person how strictly you self-enforce stuff like that.Kanata's biggest fear was being disappeared overnight and took every precaution to a extreme. And I think she was being singled out
>>108094543The manager thing honestly seems pretty random to me. Even Marine, who is obviously favored by management, has to train new managers.
>>108094126I now have a hunch that Yozora Mel's termination might be related to this. Now I understand why Kson and Mikeneko were so angry about being accused of being leaker. Because someone might use this to pressure Kanata, and this explains Kanata's Yakuza stream where she shouted Coco's name loudly.
>>108094601No, I agree, like training managers itself isn't unusual. I was thinking more about having one every 3 months for an extended period of time. That's pretty unusual. Once you finally have the person caught up on internal protocols, that knowledge gets put to use with another talent and you end up starting from scratch again when it's a 3 month turnover. She essentially didn't have a manager for a long period of time. Compare that to now, we've known she's had this shared manager with Luna for at least 2-ish years.
>>108094580>>Kanata is so close to Coco and Rushia that they even live in the same house.>> Both of them depart from Hololive became indie VTubers.>> The unusual anger in the memstream tier 2 of Kson.>> Mikeneko expressed her anger at X regarding the leaker issue, but Kanata wasn't mentioned at that time.>> Both of them talked about this before Kanata announced her graduation. you may graspe something important.
>>108094695>I was thinking more about having one every 3 months for an extended period of time.I think that happening is also pretty random. Like it feels like Cover thinks that they train a manager who would be with them for an extended period of time and then that manager just leaves the company because the pay is shit and the company is a mess.
It's been a long time since then, but does anyone here have more in depth info about that tier 2 thing from kson when Kanata moved out?
>>108094695This In my company, the responsibility of training managers should fall to senior staff within the same department, and having talent train new employees from other departments every three months is absolutely crazy. But if the intention was to harass, tire out, or waste power stamina and time of these people, leaving them with insufficient time for other work, that seems more possible. And it's well known that company deadlines cannot be postponed.
>>108092519it was kiseki musubi for me
>>108092519For me, It's Soirun Soirun
>>108094834Yeah, this particular example is an upper management/HR-related issue. Kanata was determined to be an "easy" person to work with (and probably also a good teacher), so they loaded that duty onto her. While in a normal work setting that itself can be acceptable, what's unacceptable is the pace that turnover was done in.If anyone here's had the experience of training a new employee, you'll know that often your own work doesn't decrease, but you have to spend extra time not only doing some of their work but also teaching them. Having no end in sight because you have to start over from the beginning as soon as the person you've trained is ready to be independent not only makes it such that you're in a perpetually overworked environment, but also is horrible for morale. The issue here is 2 fold - (1) the talents really shouldn't have been given that task in the 1st place because we know that other experienced managers can do this task. We know, for example, Kiara saying that Jenma was tasked to train the newer EN managers for a time. I know, different branch, but still it's possible. And then (2) even if talents are doing the training, it should have been ditributed more evenly. Sure there are har dot work with talents, but we damn well know that in real workplaces there are tough to work with teachers, so that's not an excuseAgain, this manager thing is just one example, but I think it's a good one to consider how the company chooses to organize their structure with, if that makes sense.
>>108094848I made the mistake of listening to a clip of kiseki musubi from the graduation live and now it's ingrained into my auto-play, giving me a fresh pang of melancholy every time it comes up
>>108094777Not from moved out and it recently just several months ago.>>108094728I know what's are you trying to say but this is not a good time.
>>108092519https://youtu.be/nK4v-Xjx7mM?si=-XGLWwC0ZtvYqFco
Unfortunately this happens in pretty much every work environment. If you don't complain especially loudly, are reliable and work hard more and more work will be shouldered onto you even though there's absolutely no reason you should be the one doing so much. We know Kanata did complain but I'm not really surprised at how much she was overworked.Doesn't mean I'm not still angry at Cover. It's like they don't understand anything.
As someone with abandonment fear and regrets of not doing more, Taso's graduation has utterly numbed me. I miss her already.I don't know how you folks can cope with it so well (at least not showing it here). I love her so much, I'm completely heartbroken.
>>108095283I agree and this is the easiest avoidable graduation in Hololive's history but we are here.
>>108094580I don't know about that. Marine claims to be the same (this is one of her reasons for not streaming anymore) but has no issues confiding in Ui, nijis, Aqua and Ao.
>>108095356My condolences to you
>>108095356I wouldn't say I'm coping well. Months, years down the line if she never comes back I will probably feel just as strongly as I do now whenever I think of her. I'm just pretty alright at not doing that.
Those lyrics are fucking me up man, biggest "I wish I could've done more for her" feeling of all time. Not that I could've done anything as just a heimin.. still. I'll keep trusting in her if it means she can show her dream again someday.
https://x.com/Rainee0000/status/2005243348832170429I'm glad he's still going
>>108092519Sekai de Ichiban no Aidoru has been living in my head ever since the announcement and it's still there. Specially the "mada mada owaranai" part...
Nakau bot doko...
rumor has it that if you were to gather all the shuriken halo and collect it all in one place, taso will appear in front of you
>>108094126https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dm1selfCQ8cSaw a heimin post this on twitter. At the very least the rules were very strict in general, specially after the IPO. I still believe Cover was taking advantage of taso, but the NDA think seems to be a bigger problem.
>>108095356I'm just telling myself that she will be back every time I start spiraling.only thing I can do atm.
>>108095802I'm saying they aren't this strict on everyone.
>>108095802If rules and NDAs ruin a company or destroy one of its best employees, then what's the point of having them?
