A CEO of a large company and a CEO of a small company have different work priorities.Yagoo delegated upper management for all things relating to the projects and well-being of talents. What's needed is a direct channel between talents and Yagoo, which is not possible since Yagoo is busy with a categorically different type of work that only he can be trusted with. He just can't afford it, anymore. If it continues like this, Hololive's internal structure is going to stagnate forever. There are some very niche solutions that are viable, however.Large corporations rarely have something called "Ombuds Office", which is a self-investigatory conflict management body of a company. When a complaint arrives from a talent, that office will investigate a decision or conduct to ascertain whether it may be overruled or the suspect met with reprimandation. It's basically there to keep negligent, malignant or powertripping high-rank employees in check. Another solution (that I have never seen before) is a team of veteran executive assistants situated just below Yagoo. They may serve as arbiters of talent complaints and may overrule decisions based on a talent-biased consideration of their interests vs. the immediate well-being of the company. This team would require very competent and very trusting employees, though. Additionally, they would be considered adversaries to upper management, which could also be a problem.
>>108097783>Additionally, they would be considered adversaries to upper management, which could also be a problem. On that point, one reason this type of solution may be impossible is that some high-ranking employees are shareholders or creditors and have Yagoo in a stranglehold in terms of restructuring the company's power hierarchies.
They can't even fire whoever is slandering the talents. They have dirt on Yagross, and they'll keep mistreating the talents.Yagross doesn't want anything to be revealed publicly so he'll keep listening to the investors until they destroy the company
>>108097783I don't think Hololive is a black company, but I can see how it's not going to improve from here on out. I think Yagoo's only way to compensate is to create more opportunities for 3D lives and concerts. Basically throwing money at the wall saying "Work at our company is tough, but we have the highest quality products."It's a shame because Hololive is all I ever cared about, so all I can do is stick with until my oshi graduates.
Vtuber fans probably skew young, but you'll eventually figure out that very few things improve with time. For the most part, things are either shit from the start or else slowly lose what made them good over time. The trick is to keep an open mind and know when to move on and not to stubbornly cling to things you no longer enjoy.
with all the graduated JP members can't they just create their own corpo?not necessarily for big projects but to encourage stuff like frequent collabs which is the main draw of holo
>>108099106Most of the graduates and terminations are not from the same branch (they are pretty split between JP and EN) and then a bunch of them in each branch are antisocial or general menhera freaks. The rest are introverts who quit precisely because they couldn't learn to be friends with others.
>>108097783im not reading all that

>>108097783You will continue to defend the company too
>>108097783TldrHololive won btw
It's weird because the company has really taken a turn towards making money and that.means in general everyone who's a heavy-hitter will end up benifiting if the major thing they care about is money. Unfortunately a lot of the talents are focused on personal dreams first and money second, which means not only do you get decreases in streams as they get busier with opportunities given to them for cross collaborations like the coke thing or Mc Donalds ads or ehatever, you also see a decrease as they use more of that earned money towards personal projects which eat up even more time. If you like streams there are very few talents who can actually give you what you want while still pushing forward with their own goals, which really sucks.
>>108097783Not bad, email them your ideas, I'm being serious https://cover-corp.com/en/contact
>>108097783Just hire the older streamers like fubuki/marine to be staff.

Why does selenpag spam these threads? It's cringe how he always tries to come up with new nicknames.
