How to commission an artist that won’t scam me, won’t overcharge me, and will regularly update me? I realize I hate 90% of anime art until it’s my character being done and the people I do like consistently don’t have commissions open.

I want to get a crowd of people that likes cute/creepy stuff but also role play as something stupidly mundane that people start to feel sorry for me or make fun of me, what elements can I add to my model? I’m not showing it since I don’t have anything in all honesty, but I’d love to know how to make a model seem more “clumsy”

Some integrations could be nice too, at the very least I unfortunately can imagine the idea of being a miserable worker very well.. don’t even need to larp as much
