Nothing specific. Tenma and Inis said they'd rather let her explain what happened once she gets back, so they at least seem to know. Malice said that she's "physically fine" so it's likely not health related or anything dangerous. She's rarely been gone for long (aside from her graduation), but when she has been it's usually either technical issues preventing her from having internet access, or getting sick.
