for all the Otomos who haven't received their merch yet:
It is crucial you contact DHL Express. Hololive screwed up the shipping papers, so you have to provide a screenshot of your order/shipping mail for them to establish the correct taxation.
They contacted the Holoshop, but there were no replies from them. the date to send my package back was set to January 5th, so I advise everyone to get proactive.

Big thanks to the Otomo who urged me to contact them.
