There was also the starting issue of sharing a room with them but weirding them out because I hung a curtain to divide the room because Mr. Maybe-maybe-not-my-cousin liked to change while I was in there. I also didn't have much to say during the big gatherings because I'm boring as fuck so I was losing appeal there too. Eventually an actual family member offered to switch rooms but I self exiled and chose to crash the slumber party next door. Overall their overreaction but I can't help it if I'm an awkward retard while living with people I barely know.
