FUWAMOCO win 2025 with $160,807 in SCs, winning them back to back years for SCs. Biboo comes up behind them earning the silver up from fifth last year, and Kiara coming in for the bronze down from her silver last year.
It was a very, very close race for the top in 2025. The margins after the November tables and up until the very last hours of 2025, it looked like either FuwaMoco or Biboo could take the gold and either Kiara or IRyS could take the bronze.
Honorable mention goes to Gigi who just barely crosses over the 100k mark at the end of December, giving Justice and thus all four gens at least one girl over the 6 digit line.

IRyS holds the strongest median, followed by Kronii, and their Cerulean Cup compatriot Biboo taking third.
IRyS and Kronii also hold the strongest means, with FuwaMoco overtaking Biboo to take third in this category.
FuwaMoco have the strongest SCs per hour, with Kronii close behind and IRyS in third.

A certain hard working Koyote is included as a fun reference point.

Sankisei wins the year with a staggering $549k with a proper group effort, as Noel, Pekora, and Marine all earned well north of 100k.
Gen 0 takes second. Unlike Sankisei's more flat earnings, Miko and AZKi together earned 86% of the gen's SCs.
Flowglow come in third for the 500k podium. While they have no powerhouse earners, they bring streams and hours that are in their own dimension. Not only are they the only gen with 5k hours streamed, no other gen even made it to 4k.
Honorable mention goes to Promise for having the #1 average SCs in all categories. Of course, they have the lowest stream count and the second lowest hours streamed, only barely beating out a 3 person gen with... Choco and Ayame who are both in the bottom 5 of stream hours in JP+EN...

As is befitting the perfect Diamond Dogs, they end the year having earned exactly the same points over the year: 16p each.
When FuwaMoco are on, they are ON, winning first or second in almost the entire first half. Arguably, they had two more golds stolen by graduations and should have 5 golds, so I gave them the 1st place tiebreaker as solace.
Biboo is just as strong but holds far more consistent over the year having only earned her first monthly gold in November. She instead earned a medal in an incredible 10/12 months. She only missed June because of Elden Ring and September because of anniversaries.
IRyS finishes the podium with a smooth 2/2/2, earning a medal in half of the year's months and doubling the points of next in line.

Mori is the only member of Myth to win a gold, since Kiara loses hers to Mumei's graduation. As I noted in her October win, her gold was the first time she or Kiara has won a gold since April of 2024. Ironically, Mumei comes in clutch for Myth in reverse, as Ina avoids taking a majority of last places thanks to Mumei's January and February.
Promise is the only gen who has all members win a gold. IRyS won her birthday month (and December), Bae won her anniversary month, and Kronii caught up on her anniversary during September to instead win Myth's anniversary month.
Advent ties Promise for golds, with FuwaMoco bringing in 3 on their own and Biboo bringing in November.
Gigi is Justice's only podium place, having earned a bronze in October for birthday. Somehow, they actually had four months in which all four members were in the bottom half of the rankings

There is very minimal shifting of currencies over time. However this update is to archive the numbers.

The only two noteworthy per-gen shifts in the last 4 months are
1) Promise HKD > SGD
2) Justice CAD > GBP.
As well, over the branch, NA is now a supermajority, making up over 2/3 of all SCs in EN.

Then she crashed and burned in June and July, it took her months of zero homocollabs and all-in on membership content for her to recover, but that was practically six months of reduced earnings.

I originally planned to work on this for fun during my holiday vacation but I got terribly sick a week ago and that went out the window.
At a bare minimum, Biboo and IRyS are almost guaranteed to be top 3 considering their 2024 averages pre-engine would still be good enough to be top 3 in 2025. They were already at the top before the engine kicked in.
Even Mori is very likely to still be top 3 after her content shift, she isn't spamming horrific debuff like Persona 3 anymore.

If Vstats does not publish a 2025 YTD Hololive overall table, I'll do it. Otherwise, I do prefer to do only novel analysis to avoid stepping over their efforts. Even if I dislike their narratives greatly.

Note: Justice is prorated here. They only streamed in the last ~53% of the year 2024; thus, their YoY delta in this section is compared against that prorated value.
Only Shiori, Biboo, Kiara, Kronii, and IRyS streamed more in 2025 than 2024.
While Mori appears to have a huge drop off, that is because she was one of only two members to stream over 1000 hours in 2024. She still streamed a very respectable 794 in 2025.
Justice other than Gigi dropped off their hours significantly. This is mostly explainable by more responsibilities, travel to Japan, participation in AFO, and similar changes year over year.

The clear winner of 2025 incline here is Mori, with nearly a 2x increase over her 2024 CCV.
Other notable inclines go to Kronii, Biboo, and IRyS, gaining about 20% each.
The largest recline was FuwaMoco dropping 20% from an average of 7.4k to 5.9k.

Note: I prorated Justice here as well. However, I also excluded their monetization stream from the 2024 SCs before the proration, as otherwise it would be entirely unfair to them.
The only girl in EN to earn more in 2025 than 2024 was Biboo, who earned a whopping 10% more.
Mori has an absurd 30900% (yes the lack of a decimal is correct). Of course, it is worth noting she had a median of $1 per stream in 2024.
For most girls, the drop can be partially explained by reduced streams.
FuwaMoco and ERB both earned less than half of the SCs they earned in 2024. Like with Mori in FuwaMoco's case, it is worth noting they were the SC leaders of Hololive in 2024 earning $437k. In fact, their peak 365 day earnings in 2024 was over $600k, which is more than Sankisei earned this whole year.

And that's a wrap for 2025! What a year, I loved it despite the ups and downs. If you want to know anything about the numbers or have any interesting numbers ideas, I'm happy to take a look at either tabulating or plotting them on a graph.

There's no point in continuing /#/ in 2026. I don't know when it'll actually die or if it'll become like global with some schizo making a new thread to keep the corpse going, but I hope all holofans can continue to enjoy hololive in 2026.

The thing with FWMC is that they had a major drought of content from February to June, and even the content that they made wasn't exactly profitable (superchat worthy, so to speak)

It wasn't until Golden Week that they recovered some of their momentum, but...four months of reduced earnings, basically. I believe they'll do better in 2026, taking into example how the 2025 Mocosanta stream did better than 2024 and 2023

I just want to remind everyone about the cuts Youtube takes, ~30%. The cuts Apple/Android smartphones takes if you use them while sc, ~30%. The cuts Cover takes, ??? 50%?

So by default, $100K becomes $70K with just youtube alone. Further, if half of the SCs are smartphone users, there's another 15% cut. -$15K = $55K. And further Cover takes 50% of the cut. So thats $27.5K.

Total SCs is not a very strong indicator on its own because girls who stream less or more will have differences in their total SCs.
The stronger indicator is median SCs, which tracks the average amount of money they make in their median stream. Shiori had the 2nd largest fall off in Median SCs at -42%, only behind Nerissa's -46%.
Most of the girls with similar numbers in the mid -30-35% range are either Kiara and Justice, who have various European reasons to explain their SCs, or FuwaMoco whose numbers were just that damn good in 2024.

Of course, but the only true revenue generator that matters is the one we can't see pure sales for anymore. Memberships, SCs, generic holiday merch, even sponsorships and collabs, they are all nothing compared to a birthday or an anniversary. okay but why is that acceptable? i get that holo isn't exactly a normal job and they occasionally have to go to meetings and record, but most people work at least 5 day weeks and they work a lot more than 3 hours on those days. the JP holos that consider themselves streamers first and idols second (pekora, miko, subaru, etc.) stream virtually every day and still do their concert reps whenever they are needed. kiara and calli release more music than most holos and somehow they're in the top3 every year.
