Vtubers need to know and use limiters.

Why limiter and not compressor?
Compressor will scare them off, and more chance to set it wrong.
Limiters are dead simple to use and understand.
Limiters are the bare minimum requirement.
How many times have I come across:
- dynamics allowed to be too soft
- audio peaking in extremely unsatisfying ways
These things destroy any vtuber more than they will ever realize.
These things make people click away and never return.
These things make people question whether a monetary or time investment of any size is worth committing to.
