I'm fairly sure that in terms of lore, this is a parallel universe where she stopped fighting back against the voices (so possibly after the events of Meconopsis). She did mention we'd have "what if" lore elements, so looks like this is the one.
From what I understand so far the timeline goes Temari -> Meconopsis and then it opens up two timelines (the "good ending" one with Violet and the "bad ending" one with Tako Takover). We're still missing songs so we'll see what the rest adds to this.

Seems like a crazy Ina is a sexy Ina. Also, since there are multiple nun-looking girls like this one in the music video, it's either a callback to Ina's "sisters" from Temari or just her literally converting nuns to the cult of the Ancient Ones, and if it's the latter she could be surrounding herself with girls who remind her of her sisters to cope with the events of Temari and create her own ideal world. Just speculation but I like the idea.

For even more autism theories, the fact that her flaps are yellow just like her squishies could partially be a reference to the fact that she's less human and more connected to AO-chan. The lyrics also dive a bit in her delusions, since she seemingly rules the world and hypnotizes people around her to force them in the cult but sees it as being misunderstood, since she still perceives herself as a simple normal girl.
She has this very extroverted and sexy image in the song which could be a part of her hypnotization powers, or at least used to make people go towards her and give her the appeal of a public figure. It's kind of like with Hanekawa and Black Hanekawa, you got the introverted and normal Ina from the Violet timeline that we know and the more extroverted, sexy and provocative Ina from this other timeline.
