The first filter is numbers, if you don't already have a verified channel or social media with, generously, tens of thousands of followers you aren't getting a view.If you're lucky enough to have that, you'll get vibe checked from your answers before anyone views your video. If you're the type to whine on 4chan over your audition, you probably had a bad vibe they could sense.

I do a bit of contract work for Hololive. Throughout the year we send a points list for all the random low views we watch. The numbers thing isn't 100% accurate it is more chat flow and interaction. Any crash out and complete disrespect to the audience well you get flagged and tough luck. It is judged in that moment though and only counted if pursued from start to end. O we also never interact with chat. There isn't some 'viewer to impress for attention'. That hasn't stopped people trying to be groomers in this position but we have always found them out since we operate KGB lite.
