It's really kicking in hard today

I miss taso on weekends. The last 6 months were a disaster, but now it's even more grim.

every time i see or hear anything remotely related to her, i get immediate flashbacks to her

i just really hope she comes back to making music one day whether that's singing or production in some sort of way

iirc even when she said she was selling all of her equipment (iirc holomems convinced her not to?) she mentioned she'd keep some stuff to continue music as a hobby

it just doesn't sit right that she did music, gave up on it, realized it really is what she wants to, and is completely turning her back on anything and everything related to it.

ill wait however long it takes for her to feel good and rested enough to do something like that again

I think that part atleast is covered already. She backtracked from giving out her equipment to giving out only her spares. She already plans to make music for herself and got convinced by Lamy and Azki to help make music with them in the future.

I love Kanata the character and I'm sure she does too, it's why she in her own words "devoted everything to hololive" and doesn't have any other active accounts rn.

But even still somehow, if she's healthy and has it in her, I just hope someone is able to convince her to do music stuff on the internet again, somehow, even if she said explicitly she wouldn't return or reincarnate

This part is just my interpretation but it felt like she came to this overcorrection and 180 decision (disappearing from the internet/music and completely changing careers, not graduating specifically) because she couldn't vent or talk to anyone besides her (apparently strictly business) manager about her unnatural workload

Her explaining this and being able to talk to other people in similar positions already got her to backtrack from giving out her equipment so hopefully she backtracks on no future internet activities

I always wished she was able to attain like Suisei/Ado level success with that voice but that is an insane pipe dream that is most likely long gone

idk I just needed to vent about that, bottom line is I selfishly want to her sing again in some form, her voice is way too good to not, I'll wait however long it takes for that as long as she's healthy
