I see fanart and posts from /co/ types, yuri types,normies,Tumblr people and/or lore people who don't care about or barely like anime of Hololive but like no other Vtubers, how were they able to get these markets? Why haven't other Vtubers escape the weeb bubble? How come they get away with pretty much anything too? Like Mori a shotacon but yet she still loved by people who would cancel someone else.

Hololive is firmly in the "japanese shit" bubble under anime still, and they haven't been all that successful in breaking away from it for a really obvious reason. They haven't REALLY tried to. If you aren't specifically following Japanese trends, especially if you didn't see them during Covid, you're not discovering them. Everything HoloEN does is in its own self contained bubble and until they actively work to approach the masses regularly they'll continue to exist as a "Man I'd love to watch Hololive but I only know English" compromise. Your discoveries are obviously being tailored to your algorithm because the only real vtubers on the western side who AREN'T being discovered through the weeb bubble are the ones who focus on growing in the western space to begin with like Ironmouse, Zentreya, or hell even Dokibird. Saba/Gura and Fauna were the only real exceptions and they took both their fans with them on the way out. As of now, I can confidently say that the only holoen that escapes the weeb constraint is ERB as can be clearly seen by her fanbase which came mostly from outside hololive.
