Saba is not ill in terms of having a proper certified illness but probably has a LOT of anxiety problems due to her previous status as the main representative of EN vtubing which she clearly never want to be, which probably created some other minor and maybe even physical illnesses.

Yep. She's probably recovered nearly as much as she can, still working on the mobility though since she said she still has issues with stairs. She just has some permanent damage from past shit like her gall bladder being gone and the MAC lung disease is probably never going away so she'll always be on oxygen. She just has to be careful about what she exposes herself to or she'd be back at square one. You know otherwise she'd be going to cons and events if she could. Instead she's stuck at home and usually gets depressed when her friends all get to meet and hangout and they send her pics and videos.
As someone that's watched her for around five years it was kind of cool seeing her gradually recover going from only being able to stream a couple hours and falling apart after to the Mouse that now goes live and streams for 10-16 hours till she gets tired and then often goes live again several hours later. Also gradually getting her singing mostly back. She knocks out songs in karaoke that she struggled with a few years ago.. And watching her munch on Cheerios when she used to be stuck on a liquid diet.

I belive they both have a hindering illness, but they're both greatly exaggerated to varying degrees. IM has it rougher but definitely exaggerates it for the grift. I can partially respect it because at least she still maintains a good streaming schedule. Saba definitely has something, but she uses it as an excuse to not stream even when she's more than capable of being more active online. She's simply more lazy and unbothered than sick.
