Anon, you need to be an adult to post here. Come back in a few years once you've matured.

Dunno the context but yes, being positive is generally better for both you and the people you interact with.

Based Rissa lol

Another reason why /ope/ is filled with falseflagger schizos who want to push her to stream more or stop the bloodravenflipptyfloppity.

Nerissa has her own brains. She can take care of herself

No matter how much you try to justify your schizo anti-threads, at the end of the day, you're still a schizo.

This is why I love her

It's true though. Seething on /vt/ has been linked with increased rate of diabetes, heart failure and transition realated suicides.

She never said "praise me" in that sentence you clip watcher retard.

Anons thinking they are morally superior in some way while lambasting any 'moralfagging' they don't like is one of the most curious types of phenomena on this site.

Toxic positivity is just as bad as unhealthy seething.

seething about random women isn't very healthy anon
have tried working out, or getting into another hobby instead?

Shit catalogue thread but I unironically believe that if you don’t have something nice to say, you should just shut up, as long as she hasn’t crossed any major lines that is

Negativity is always good. It's literally the one thing that allows us to find the good in things.

This is hilarious, and you just know those retards were seething and looking to see if that superchatter had a twitter account so they could harass them

Streamers are not your friends; in this case, they are a product of Cover Corp.

Her schizos are some of the worst I've ever seen, when she's such a sweetie and a hard worker.
I love and appreciate you Rissa, I can't wait to see what you have for us this year!!

That's true when you're dealing with a coworker or other nominal acquaintance. Because often keeping the peace is more important than being right or getting exactly what you want. Part of being in a community.
When you're ostensibly a customer--which is really what the relationship between viewer and entertainer is--then it's up to you to voice what you want and when your expectations are not met. The viewer solely holds the entertainer accountable and is solely their source of income and success.

Leaving silently because you're dissatisfied denies the entertainer the opportunity to gather feedback and improve. Expressing your dissatisfaction may not mean the entertainer ultimately wins back your attention and passion and money, but it may mean that they incorporate the feedback, improve and become more successful in the long run. Some people, especially the young and arrogant, receive feedback poorly or do not welcome it. Tough shit. This does not mean feedback is itself harmful or hostile. As a viewer, you're entitled to your opinion and to express it, and that opinion is inherently valuable to an entertainer even if it's something stupid and petty. Entertainers who fail to see the value in free feedback are just not very good at what they do, but that's fine too. If they were that good they wouldn't need a corpo tardwrangling them, but you can bet your ass management is paying attention and incorporating feedback even if the talent is blind to it.

>yeah but fuck greynames
You might say, but ultimately sponsorships and ad revenue are worthless without a large casual audience circulating through. A streamer likely cares more about cultivating their insular audience of simps and whales to sustain them with superchats and memberships, but the corporation backing them cares much more about their viability for sponsorships and marketing, and that's the standard they'll be held accountable to.

Came here to say this. It's normal feminine behavior.

>>108517560
No, it's better to be realistic. Positivity leads to liberalism, superficial and shallow.
>>
Agreed with the idea before watching the clip, can't agree with the examples given.
I agree with being too negative being counterproductive even for the person's own interests. You don't want a joyless husk of an oshi. Someone doing something against her will won't be putting on a good show, so in Nerissa's case the constant whining about her content choices and lack of streams can only lead to awful streams with lower energy, that's not what anyone wants. Leaving in silence is better for both parties.
But even something like a streaming platform? I see zero issue with voicing discontent with that. Her stream quality won't suffer at all if she gets the feedback and thinks "oh people don't like that platform, will do the stream on youtube instead!"
>>
>>108517336
The moment you disagree with your "oshi" is the moment you become an anti.
>>
>>108524739
That's retarded. Having opinions that sometimes differ from how they feel on something doesn't mean you hate them or their content, just that you disagree with one thing they do or they way they think about something. Why do people like you have to treat this stuff as all the way in or all the way out all the time? Why does everything have to be in such extremes?

If you are putting content out there (especially if you're doing it for a job) then people who consume it have a right to critisize it. Imagine if people got this way about other mediums

It's true. Constant negativity conditions your mind to be negative.
Not saying you shouldn't be critical, but it's better to be constructive about it instead of flying off the handle and flinging shit everywhere

Nerissa is accurate that no vtuber wants constant negative feedback though to be blunt 2025 was a bad year for Hololive and it's copium to say otherwise. If the talents stream less, act like they don't like Cover, and generally seem demoralized than talents can't blame fans for becoming cynical. The angry wagie attitude does burn out fans and while it was worse in 2022 after years of a recession fans are going to have less tolerance for that.

>The viewer solely holds the entertainer accountable and is solely their source of income and success.
Cover though is the one that creates the overall experience so when Hololive is growing worse than it's the company that is most responsible for that. Whether due to graduations, contract disputes, or the general direction of the company the Hololive experience is going downhill. What fans should be criticizing is management since they control the direction of the company.
>>
>>108526870
Depends on what you care about in Hololive. Color Rise Harmony was excellent, All for One was excellent, some amazing sololives and 3D lives. That part is the one I'm most invested in. The graduations were sad, especially Kanata's, but overall I think 2025 was an awesome year as a fan, it was particularly good for my oshi.
The one thing about the direction of the company that I'm personally really bummed about is the apparent complete focus on hololive original music for all concerts. If this carries over to fes too it'll be a shame. They're gonna need more unique concerts like Bloom full of original music to make them exciting again if they're not covering stuff anymore. The talents' own 3D lives don't have that restriction so they could end up more exciting than the big concerts with a more diverse setlist.
I don't see what's copium about any of what I said.
