It's pretty good if the model knows them well.If one needs a LoRA, since you typically also have their hair, and eye tags there will probably be bleed to the other girl. You need to solve that issue some how. Regional prompts/forge couple will split the canvas so each side will keep the tags isolated but quality takes a hit and you can't really get good interaction since you split the canvas in half.If you don't want kill the interaction then you can prompt and then fix with inpainting or transplant the heads of girls' you want and img2img merge.
