He had to figure out how serious Anny was about leaving, who else he could go to in order to make the outfit, how he was going to explain to Swarm why Anny wouldn't be making the outfit and even just deciding on a design to move forward with since Anny was also in charge with coming up with one and never delivered anything.Before that, his response to outfits was to demure and deflect because he knew asking Anny for anything else on top of all the shit she wasn't getting done was a fools errand and going to someone else while she was still the "official" artist was also a delicate circumstance to be avoided if possible.Literally all problems with outfits come back to Vedal being indecisive.
