Gura and Kiara both made it clear they didn't have any creative input on their design and that didn't change until the debut of Advent. There are way too many signs that multiple Hololive talents hated their designs and that getting a redesign is almost impossible after the 3D showcase.

Kiara went into depth on the subject of creative input and said that Advent was the first EN gen that any significant input on their design.
