While true that a betrayal of that level can destroy a relationship even harder than animosity from the start, Ike's circumstances regarding the betrayal itself as well as his actions afterwards made it easier for it to get resolved. (Notably, Doki only even gave him a chance to explain himself after finding out about the Reimu thing where it came out that he was in a shitty situation himself)

In the black stream, Ike basically came on, said some things he was clearly unsure about and learned secondhand, and then became wracked with guilt and disappeared from the internet for over a year to rethink his life and career. Even now he's still off the grid to the point where he only came online to wish Doki a happy holidays. (and Doki told him about Snow Miku rerunning in Fortnite, which he apparently finally got)

Vox and Elira though are unlikely to ever be forgiven. Their cases were far more deliberate. Elira clearly never liked Selen in any real capacity for one reason or another, and in Vox's case he was considered a friend like Ike but took a very active part in the termination and smearing her. Actually, to this day I think Vox is the only name that was almost used directly back when Doki was still pissed. (Early on, Doki wanted to sing a hauntingly relevant song called Stayed Gone https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ajkaebudwq0 from Hazbin Hotel about an insecure demon named Vox getting his career dismantled by someone he thought he sent away for good, but Mint convinced her to sing Last Cup of Coffee with her instead, channeling those feelings into something more positive)
