>Currently, there are between 50 to 60 managers. Organizationally the division is broadly structured into three groups – hololive JP Talent Management Division, hololive global Division, and HOLOSTARS Talent Management Division – with multiple teams operating within each division.
Instead of merely expanding headcounts, responsibilities are assigned flexibly based on each talent’s level of activity and the scale of their projects. In some cases, multiple managers work as a team, dividing roles to support individual talent activities, creating a structure that allows the organization to consistently provide backup support.

>At present, each manager supports an average of two talents.
In fact, during the early stage of the group, there was a period when a single manager supported as many as nine talents. However, when the number of assigned talents becomes excessive, it becomes difficult to secure sufficient resources for each individual’s activities, so in order to create an environment where talents can perform at their best and managers can focus on providing high-quality support, the organization has expanded its staffing and continues to refine its structure.

>Starting in 2025, we have been holding regular “talent interviews,” in which members of the management team, including President Tanigo, engage in direct dialogue with talents.
One manager alone was previously responsible for receiving and carrying both a talent’s thought and the realities of the field. While managers made a dedicated effort to listen and note those comments, communication conducted through a single point inevitably had limitations. Subtle nuances and the powerful enthusiasm talents wanted to deliver directly to the management team could not always be conveyed across the organization with complete clarity and 100% fidelity.
In addition to on-site managers who play as talents’ closest understanding partners, we have set up an additional channel that enables direct connection with the management team. This approach allows talents’ genuine voices to be heard from multiple perspectives and backed up by the organization as a whole.

Fuck you outfit schizo

Help the girls do what they want to do within the constraints of the company's ruled. When they're bad it can massively contribute to girls wanting to graduate so getting good ones is important.

Are you retarded anon what's does the para have to do with outfit

What are they trying to convey with fake brick wall?

How the hell can they possibly need 60 managers for that number of talents?

>While managers made a dedicated effort to listen and note those comments, communication conducted through a single point inevitably had limitations.
That is the nice Japanese way of saying that talent managers were not conveying disagreements and complaints to upper management. That was an issue with all Hololive talents but it was especially noticeable with the EN branch in 2022.

>Fuck you outfit schizo
Anon that wasn't me but after 7 graduations in one year the outfitschizo theory would explain a lot. Why do you think Sana was so angry with management that she left Hololive after a single year? Even Cover now admits they were horrible at settling complaints and getting a model redesign has always been extremely difficult compared to other vtuber companies.

Cover is cooked in the quote rt on twitter lol, the japs aren't happy about the article

They have 87 members in total.

these tard wranglers are why hololive succeeded where other corpos died in the drama swamps
>>
>>108992080
Lol no. When A-Chan and Sora talked Cover into supporting them, there's wasn't a single talent manager in the company. That's why they brought A-Chan on board in the first place. Not only that, Hololive had some of the biggest yabs in the industry, the Taiwan scuffle and Rushia. It was fan loyalty and internal cohesion that kept them alive.

"60 managers"
WHAT THE FUCK ARE THOSE 700+ EMPLOYEES DOING IF THEY ARE NOT WORKING ON HOLOEARTH ?
>>
>>108994969
You have yet to explore the profound retardation of the holoearth manager. He really thinks Cover should just go ahead and fire all the remaining talents so people can finally accept his meme ai anime girl as their one true idol and play holoearth...

Yes he is that delusional.

>502 bad gateway
Still down, huh

The jap fans are furious at how insensitive the article was with the recent graduation rush
>>

Bloated company.
>>
>>108999453
Cover boasting about how well they are managing talents after having 7 graduations in one year sounds arrogant no different than Nijisanji saying their EN graduations were negligible. Even if the situation in Hololive is slowly improving it was horrible timing to release a conceited article since the Talent Management Coordinator didn't make any difference in 2025 (Chloe, Fauna, Mumei, Gura, Shion, Ao, Kanata). Considering that Haato is being removed from group merch and management delayed the EP for Ina without even telling her they really should have released this article in 6+ months since they needed more damage control.

There's a good term in English, "self-licking ice cream cone".
>someone might call a management system a “self-licking ice cream cone” if all the policies and meetings exist mainly to make the management look busy or important, without actually helping the talent.

What the fuck this is not an english saying

Yeah it is. It's bureaucratic jargon

Oh, it's relatively new.
It's definitely not widespread, that's for sure.

Exactly, it's a very specific term. Article is down so I guess it's hard to look at but the JP comments are quite opinionated.

>hololive succeeded
They succeeded when 2019 because they are no tard wranglers and managements just supporter and not their boss.
