There's at least a couple of ways to do that legally. Mostly it depends on how the company earmarks funds coming in, and who has access to those records normally.

He HAS been arrested. It's classified. He was convicted in 2017 before Vshojo formed and in 2008 before Obama took office. Essentially someone Top Secret owns the Vshojo IP and the Ironmouse IP. You would have to have a security clearance to know this or be at the court hearings. Other people who were convicted that year in a similar covert manner included Dan Bongino (former FBI assistant director) and Tom Homan (Border Czar). There's charges that aren't public knowledge yet but the investigations have concluded. The Federal Government now owns their souls.

Essentially he was permitted to proceed after 2017 so he could fulfill an agreement that wasn't illegal (making Vshojo happen on time.) He also alleged that he is a federal agent to accomplish all of that so those charges are being applied.

Some of the other Vshojo "talents" were also convicted. It's all because of the original Vtuber general threads which were concealed in 2012 when Barrack Obama changed the smith-mundt act. Tom Homan helped them to cover up the original Vtuber general threads then assisted in getting terrorists into our country under Obama. Dan Bongino started the 764 network stealing the Roblox intellectual property. Tom Homan's wife is Geega, aka Elizabeth Homan. Matara Kan is a girl from Toronto named Korina who Dan Bongino hired to try and cover up the truth as well as solicit suicide from people leaking the truth. Dan Bongino is also responsible for the death of Esther Salas' son in 2020 as part of a gang beef he and 764 had with Esther Salas.

Look up 18 USC 241, which was one of the charges for all of these people. There are life sentences that can be applied for this sort of felony, which were applied in all of these cases I've listed.

TheGunRun is a small fish amongst a bunch of big fish who were arrested during this conspiracy to insurrect America.
