I think 3am was intending to do that, try and get some concerts at the big summer cons, and part of why they hired someone music orientated like Isaa, at least I assume they made some promises along those lines.

Good odds management missed the window to apply for all that stuff, and get the ball rolling. Last year they obviously sunk money into con stuff and that needs to be planned far, far ahead.
Anyway I'm still going with oli=management rrat and since she's had a ton of personal issues she couldn't get all that stuff lined up for this year.

I have this feeling that Lyra might have been happy with 3am before Isaa got in and convinced her it was bad. They are close friends in a similar age range, I can really easily see the two of them influencing one another in that way.

I have a feeling that Oli was trying to keep it all together and convince the girls to stay, but the fact she suddenly decided to leave without notice meant the others who were on the fence decided to leave.

Eating disorders and disordered eating are mental problems.

Specifically for Olivia, she's described eating as a chore and something she'd rather avoid because she wants to do something else.
When she's around other people, it's easy for her to eat because it becomes a social activity.
But when she's by herself (which is almost all of the time since she started vtubing), it's something that gets in the way.
And most likely, her body's been trained this way for so long that either she's desensitized to the sensation of hunger, or her body has simply stopped sending those signals in the first place.

This sort of problem is something that she'll struggle with for the rest of her life, it never truly goes away.
And quite frankly, I don't think it's something she can fix by herself like she wants to.

If coqui wasn't leaving over him or a fued with the girls though that raises a lot of questions, and the only obvious answer is money. The vshojo comparisons are kind of retarded because of scale and the amount of fraud and embezzlement that was on display; but it does raise the question of if the girls aren't getting paid.
As far as I know the only income for 3am is Patreon, Merch, and sponsorships. The girls seem to get most of their sponsorships from mythic. The patreon seemed to be exclusively for 3am operations. That just leaves merch which I assume the girls get a significant cut of, and maybe that's been mishandled.
Also yeah everyone in the room is looking for that music video and going where the hell is it? I wonder if they got Bao'ed and did it all over again, essentially paying $20k for it
