I don't think Kronii would normally care if Vesper was a sexpest. She might not want to associate with him, but if it was just that, then she wouldn't go as far as unpersoning him. She would only do that if he crossed a line (sexually assaulted someone) or threatened her career, either by throwing a tantrum and sabotaging a project they were working on together, or by dating a coworker after Kronii took the public stance that doing so would be ridiculous behavior because of how unprofessional it would be.

I still think the most likely explanation is that Vesper's departure itself hurt Kronii professionally, just because of how the timeline went and because Kronii remained good friends with Fauna for several months afterwards.
