The point is to have a simple game plan that can carry you to victory without too many steps. In the case of Horus you literally just discard your Horus monsters and summon them all back to your field, and then you attack with all of them later. A new player should be focused on learning the game's mechanics, not combo lines. Anything more than 4 summons is probably too excessive for a new player (and puts them into Nibiru range anyway)
