Most vtubers will tolerate a certain amount of sexualization for business reasons but Sana and Shion actually made it clear there is a limit beyond which they will actually quit. Both Kronii and Ina have told viewers they have a perfect design and that they wouldn't change a thing but that was complete bullshit that was buried under layers of sarcasm.

A lot of employees work jobs that have elements that they hate and the same is true for vtubers. Hololive offers a lot of money and it's hard for any of them to walk away from that. Some talents are okay with sleazy coombait since they can mentally disconnect from their vtuber character but it's obvious how Kronii feels after the "holy boobers" rant.

A vtuber maximizing revenue in case they leave Hololive is not a complicated argument. Even talents who do optional 3D lives occasionally make the decision to quit even after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on their Hololive channel. Fans rarely consider the financial decisions they make but they are contractors that lose everything related to their character when they leave Hololive.
