She may have accidentally become an oppai loli due to the ultra-scuffed rigging, but the rigging was still far too scuffed to keep. They couldn't not fix the rigging, and unfortunately fixing the rigging meant removing the jiggle physics.

Cover obviously wanted her to keep the jiggling boobs physics or they would have fixed it sooner (instead of delaying it by almost 3 years) but it was clear that Anya was not a fan of her original model. Anya was similar to Kaela in that after her second outfit she never used her original model unless it was needed for a mandatory event. She never got a model redesign like Astel but Anya is an exampe of a subtle "correction" like Shinri getting a sweater toggle for his default outfit. Cover is more willing to compromise with Holostars while it usually turns into lengthy fights on the Hololive side. After having 7 graduations in 2025 though even management will likely do a bit more to settle these disputes instead of letting them fester so much they end with a graduation.
