There's things you can do to nudge the odds in your favor since there's some things algorithms are trained to reward (shorts on YouTube, pictures in Twitter comments), but there's no guarantee and it's generally entirely based on luck without any consistency. One day you'll get those 10k likes, the next you won't even get 10.
