Obviously the four guaranteed concerts/3D lives per year are nice and there are connections she'd lose out on with leaving, especially with game devs and such, which would feel bad to lose out on, as long as she takes her idol image seriously, which could also change as she gets older.The big unknown to me is how she feels about the rest of the talents.
