It was bretty good for what it was. It's definitely a lower energy vibe song that you sprinkle in near the end to give the singers and dancers a breather before a big showstopper finale. Definitely a song that grows on you, for sure.

I do NOT care for this song. Art is fantastic, but the song just doesn't hit a single good point for me. Musically, it's flat throughout, no dynamic high or low points in the tempo, just a sort of bland continuation from start to finish. And narratively, it's nothing as well. It doesn't work with what was set up in chapters 1-3, and only leaves a tiny amount of time with chapter 5 to make a huge turnaround to where it needs to end. Genesis made it clear that Advent wasn't an innocent victim in being imprisoned, that their antics were purposefully destructive and uncaring of society's rules. Then you got Prisoner from the POV of The Cell, breaking them down, and Breakout from their own POV being sung TO The Cell, describing their anger at their imprisonment. But What Goes Around is the last chapter before the final one which should set up the Advent we know now- the Hololive idol group. So why is ANOTHER chapter being spent on "we're remorseless menaces to society and we feel like we've been wronged so we're gonna be cunts again"?Narratively speaking, if a slower-tempo song was wanted as a bridge between the high point of Breakout and the probably high point of the finale, this should have been a quieter, more thoughtful piece about what their place in the world needs to be, since what they did before led them to such dire straits. A nice ballad or something.
