They tried to do it with Selen by bullying her into suicide, terminating her and doing the same gaslighting routine but it backfired so hard NijiEN is now a dead company only barely kept alive by the hopes and dreams of Nijisanji to still somehow make it overseas, and Selen (now Dokibird) and some of the former bullied/fired/whatever talents have found decent success by becoming indies.
