After Promise got their 3D (they were forced to share an AirBnB), Cover actually bought some apartments and set them up with streaming computers. But last year after Justice debuted they didn't have enough space, and Kiara even had to wait for CC to vacate hers around fes time to get one with a streaming setup. This year is the same, with Kiara staying at Raoras and now GG at Biboos. I think when all the IDs and Justice come to Japan there arent enough apartments.
