Have you noticed vtubers you follow not showing up on Subscriptions? Do you use Control Panel for Youtube? They're related!
The moron auto-enabled several settings that hide streamed videos, upcoming videos, etc, and you'll have to turn them back off, because of course a Pedosky user doesn't think of use-cases outside of his own.
