When was the last time you felt the magic of Hololive at FES? I don't know if it's all the graduations, the fact that EN has been pretty dead for months now, or just the increased pace of merch shilling lately, but I'm feeling a bit less excited than usual this year. And yes I'm aware this will invite all matter of falseflaggers and Antis but just try to ignore them.

I don't feel nearly as hyped because Drawn to Dawn is just around the corner and it took all my attention in the past months. But that's my problem alone and can't blame Fes for it, except that Cover decided on the schedule like this and splitting the EN fanbase's attention.

Events like the fes are not just about gathering with other fans of your oshi, but also celebrating hololive as a whole. No one spending their time and money on faring across the world is going to bash or avoid you for being this race or that race. Are you pre-occupied with fitting your region's stereotypes too much? Bad past experiences with certain crowds? I attended Connect the World in the US and Color Rise Harmony in Japan and greatly enjoyed my time with everyone, while not being too pasty whitey myself.

The lack of foundation makes my anxiety default to feeling as if you're a net negative based on common social stereotypes of finding fat, brown, etc as unwanted.
