Elira has a big fear before that people wouldn’t like her playing sidequests but now she thinks if people don’t want sidequests the can go do their thing and watch the main story in a few hours. She still doesn’t regret fixing colony 6 though.

There's also some things where she says she ended up watching someone else play it instead so she doesn't feel the need to play it herself. Elira comparatively just goes at her own pace and only gets stressed if she's overloaded with information, which tends to be worse in some games like Souls or Donkey Kong Country where she never really fully gets used to the gameplay mechanics.

I don't think a lack of gameplay really matters tbdesu, DDLC was a huge streamer game and it's a VN too. Barely anyone's played Umineko and the story is good even on a rewatch so I think it would be able to keep chat pretty engaged, honestly more than 10 hours of grinding in a JRPG.

>>110064964Umineko is definitely way shorter than Hundred Line, is what I was about to type but then I remembered I played it way back when it was unvoiced and either voicing the lines or listening to the voice acting would definitely increase the playtime significantly. But the good thing about Umineko is its episodic nature allows for natural breaks between the episodes which is a good excuse to take some time off from it and avoid burnout.
