While Lala has a very childish and carefree view of vtubing (in a good way, seeing it as something to have fun with and just pass the time), I feel like Koa knows very clearly what she wants and lately she’s been figuring out how to execute it. While I can see Lala as an indie just having fun and being happy with very little, I could see Koa in Hololive in the future if she keeps going like this working hard. I feel like they’re both heading in very different directions.

If they wanted specific "units" to be a thing they could've at least not completely dissolved the gens as an organizational tool. Especially when new admin made this decision clearly not knowing much about the business, talents, or community. Now to undo this fuck up they would have to make a very public "ahaha sorry" roll back of their own decision.
