The question is about ownership, so there's no point starting it with "it's a joint venture between etc etc" or including that she's still part of hololive there, since there are other points specifically addressing those pieces of information as well. I would start it with "it's unclear how the ownership is structured", and I'd also include the corporate structure being unknown as well, as Suityan never directly confirmed being its CEO. You could just put that it's unclear whether she's the CEO or not, but she does have autonomy over the agency, and likely shouldered a lot of the cost of establishment.
