I think something else that gets me so much is that a lot of Miyabi's flaws and problems would have probably (?) been negated if he went back to being indie when he told Yagoo he wanted to graduate. The advantage of being in your own lane and being seiso is that you can enjoy a much healthier and kinder community (its a big part of why FSP is doing so well I think) but Miyabi didn't get to enjoy that not just because of his particular antis but because a lot of female fans -probably- don't want to hang around Cover's fanbases. And if it was all up to him to make it then he *probably* wouldn't be resting on his laurels as much as he is doing now. It sucks because he seems like such a genuinely pure-hearted person so it hurts to see him stagnate like this, despite everything I can't imagine anyone else as the center for Holostars. I have seen what its like for someone similarly sweet to him on his own and it just hurts to think Miyabi couldn't enjoy that because of where he is.Its true he and a lot of other Stars really really don't try anywhere near as much as the Live sisters, and for some its beyond the point where it could be explained by preferential treatment or red tape. More than antis I think its just being under Hololive's shadow that fucks over Holostars the most. I guess I understand both where Astel is coming from with how frustrated he is with the group as a whole (that one clip of him talking about how management took 3 months to just tell him something couldn't be done made me livid...
