sorry I know audition advice questions are annoying but I'm genuinely at a loss

I've been applying to brave group for almost a year, with a new audition video every time. I've applied maybe like 3 times total because I always put so much effort and time into my videos to make sure they're better than before

However, they never get looked at? I don't even reach the point of getting a view. Am I getting follower filtered? Am I not putting enough information in the initial form

Am I just not what theyre looking for in the personality/strengths section of the form?

VSPO En is my dream, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong

That is a hard question to answer without any knowledge of what's going on inside the branch. I'd say your best option is to try to get in contact with them to know specifics os maybe try your luck with one of the girls or even Vee-sensei, she got a space on twitter from last year where she answer some questions about this topic, it's not 100% surefire but it's a start and we know from Yumi she first applied for vspo and got recommended for v4mirai

If this is a serious post, you're competing with hundreds of other applicants.
The best you can do is just to keep being your best, improving and re-applying, multiple chuubas have been just like that and while they couldn't get in the first, second or third time they applied they were eventually hired.
